HangCon Vendor Terms and Conditions Agreement.

1. Agreement Overview.
By registering as a vendor at HangCon ("Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding booth space and contributions to the Event's raffle. This agreement serves as a mutual understanding between HangCon and participating vendors.

2. Booth Space and Raffle Donation Requirement.
Vendors are provided booth space at HangCon in exchange for a donation to the Event's raffle. The donation must consist of gear or products sold by the vendor and should be equivalent in value to the cost of a booth space at similar events.

3. Donation Guidelines.

  • The donated item(s) must be relevant to the outdoor, camping, or hammock community.

  • The value of the donation should reflect industry standards for comparable event booth fees. (Estimated minimum $250)

  • The donation must be submitted to HangCon organizers before or upon arrival at the Event.

  • Donations can be mailed to Paul Collins ICO/HangCon, 1694 Ridgemoor Dr., Mascotte, Fl. 34753 if vendors wish to send the donation prior to the event.

4. Booth Space Allocation.
Booth spaces are assigned based on availability and at the discretion of HangCon organizers. Vendors must adhere to all event setup and breakdown schedules provided before the Event.

5. Compliance and Conduct.
Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and in a manner that aligns with the spirit of HangCon. Failure to provide the agreed-upon donation may result in disqualification from future events.

6. Liability and Responsibility
HangCon is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth setup, merchandise, and interactions with attendees.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment.
By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of booth space and future participation restrictions.

HangCon Vendor Code of Conduct & Ethics Agreement

Purpose
The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to establish clear expectations for all vendors participating in
HangCon. By agreeing to these standards, vendors help ensure a positive, inclusive, and
professional atmosphere that reflects the mission and values of the HangCon community.


1. Professional Behavior
- Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner
at all times.


- All interactions with attendees, volunteers, staff, and other vendors should reflect positively on both
the vendor and the HangCon event.


2. Compliance with Event Policies
- Vendors must comply with all event policies, site rules, and any guidelines provided by HangCon
staff or organizers.


- This includes setup and breakdown times, safety regulations, and adherence to assigned vendor
areas.


- Vendors must be open for guest business between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day they are
present at the event and are expected to remain until at least Sunday.


3. Respect and Inclusion
- Vendors shall treat all individuals with dignity and respect, regardless of race, gender, age, sexual
orientation, religion, disability, or background.


- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in
immediate removal from the event.


4. Product and Service Standards
- All goods and services offered must be safe, legal, and appropriate for a family-friendly audience.


- Vendors should take pride in the quality and representation of their offerings.


5. Solicitation and Donations
- Vendors may not solicit other vendors, staff, or attendees for donations, trades, or exchanges that
imply representation or endorsement by HangCon.


6. Representation of HangCon
- Vendors may not imply official affiliation with or endorsement by HangCon unless specifically
granted such status by event organizers.


- Use of HangCon branding, name, or logos must be pre-approved in writing.


7. Cleanliness and Environmental Responsibility
- Vendors are expected to maintain a clean and organized space throughout the event and ensure
proper cleanup upon departure.


- Environmentally responsible practices, such as minimizing waste and using recyclable materials,
are encouraged.


8. Alcohol Consumption
- Responsible behavior regarding alcohol is expected. Vendors are asked to limit the quantity of
alcohol consumed during the event and avoid becoming overly intoxicated, especially during
business hours or while representing their brand.


9. Conflict Resolution
- Any disputes or concerns should be brought to the attention of HangCon staff promptly and
handled respectfully.


- Vendors agree to cooperate fully with any investigation or resolution process initiated by event
leadership.
